- Ensure complete project closeout of all permits
- Secure all occupancy certificates
- Ensure all vendors provide final releases prior to payment of funds
- Expedite any remaining punch list items
- Administer warranties or guarantees during the documented period
- Ensure a smooth and proper transition with operating staff
- Deliver all project related information in an organized digital medium
Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment (FF&E)
- Provide complete FF&E assessment & budget
- Create space planning design layouts
- Conduct review meetings with Vendors
- Work with procurement team on conditions & contractual obligations
- Oversee the completion of furniture relocation and/or installation
Relocation Management
- Provide budget development and administration
- Development of Bid Process and preparation of RFP’s
- Provide vendor review, selection and coordination
- Conduct move meetings with Client staff
- Coordinate building access and move-in requirements with Landlord
- Provide relocation project planning
- Coordinate with overall Construction Project Schedule
- Develop guidelines for Client staff relative to move deadlines
- Schedule delivery and removal of move crates
- Supervise Move and prepare follow-up Punch-list
Telecommunications Planning & Design
- Determine cabling requirements
- Work with client’s IT department throughout process
- Evaluate cable install vendors & Develop comprehensive quotes
- Develop cable criteria, including drop locations and cable specifications
- Coordinate with project timeline to insure timely cable installation
- Supervise cable install
